I am thrilled to announce the launch of our new and exclusive Taekwondo Poomsae Competition Team: PMA Top Team! ๐

This FREE training camp is by invitation only, where youโll receive specialized coaching and be considered for the PMA Top Team. We're seeking our most dedicated students who demonstrate an excellent work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
Tips to Earn Your Invitation in July:
1. Consistent Attendance:Attend class three days per week, including at least one Monday/Wednesday 6pm Poomsae class.
2. Master the Poomsaes: The more Poomsaes you know, the better! Study the app diligently.
3. Advanced Classes: Blue Belt and higher students should join the Tuesday and Thursday 7pm classes.
Invitations will be handed out in class to the most committed and dedicated students showing the willingness to strive for a new level.
